The Granulock concept was developed in the 1990s after Australian field research identified the need for a superior zinc-fortified starter fertiliser. From this research, Granulock fertilisers were developed specifically for Australian crops to meet their nutrient needs.
Granulock fertilisers are compounded, so they contain a balance of key plant available nutrients in each granule to give crops a good start to the season. Granulock fertilisers are widely used in broadacre crops and cotton and for establishing pastures.
The latest product in the range is Granulock SuPreme Z™ fertiliser. It contains the highest concentration of plant-available phosphorus ever in a Granulock fertiliser, along with containing readily available starter nitrogen, sulphur and water-soluble zinc.
Along with Granulock SuPreme Z, Incitec Pivot continues to develop other new Granulock fertilisers to meet the changing needs of Australian crops.
