Aileen Moloney celebrates 40 years with Incitec Pivot Fertilisers
Congratulations to Incitec Pivot Limited’s (IPL) longest serving female employee Aileen Moloney who has recently celebrated her 40th year with the company.
Aileen’s long-standing relationship with Incitec Pivot Fertilisers (IPF) began when she was just 19 when she worked in Consolidated Fertilisers Ltd.’s mailroom.
It was clear from the beginning that Aileen excelled at data processing, sales, and despatch. Growers and farmers would personally request Aileen due to her in-depth and detailed knowledge of the business. This became a trend that continues to this day, with many customers and prominent members of the industry calling to check in on Aileen.
Aileen has worked diligently in administration roles across IPF, but for over 30 years she has remained the go-to expert in the pricing department and retains a knowledge of the business second to none.
Jillian Morgan, IPF’s Senior Process Administrator has nothing but praise for Aileen.
“There’s no mud we can sling on Aileen. She has kept her reputation clean all this time,” Ms Morgan said.
“Her work ethic is impeccable. Her loyalty and commitment to the business is a credit to her. Her knowledge of the business, systems and SAP is enviable.”
Alistair Brook, VP Sales & Marketing, was impressed by Aileen’s achievement.
“Aileen’s incredible career with IPF is really something to celebrate. She has seen the business grow and change over time and remained a constant and reliable presence throughout. Congratulations to Aileen and I look forward to many more years to come.”
Chris Opperman, IPF’s Interim President, echoed Alistair’s thoughts.
“Aileen’s 40 years of dedication to IPF is an amazing achievement. Her strong work ethic, expertise, and professionalism have earned her a stellar reputation and made her a respected team member. I had the privilege of congratulating Aileen on this milestone at Gibson Island earlier this week. I urge everyone at the Gibson Island office to stop by and applaud this remarkable woman. I appreciate Aileen for her many years of hard work and commitment.”
