Incitec Pivot has marked the arrival of the first shipment under its 250,000-tonne supply arrangement with PT Pupuk Indonesia, welcoming PT Pupuk Indonesia CEO Pak Rahmad and Indonesian Ambassador Dr Siswo Pramono to the Port of Brisbane this week.
The MV Medi Luna delivered 47,250 tonnes of urea, representing the first shipment under the agreement, which has been supported by the Australian and Indonesian Governments.
The milestone highlights the strength of the long-standing relationship between Incitec Pivot and PT Pupuk Indonesia and reinforces the importance of international collaboration in maintaining reliable fertiliser supply for Australian growers.
Further shipments are expected in the coming weeks as Incitec Pivot continues to support the productivity and resilience of Australian agriculture.
