The Recruitment Process
Throughout our recruitment process, we give careful, individual attention to each applicant. Our Graduate cohorts are small and our selection process really comes down to the match between your values and our own Company Values.
- Application: Submit your online application visa Career Opportunities.
- Application Review: We will review your application to assess your skills and experience against the selection criteria.
- One-Way Video Interview: If long-listed, You will complete a one way video interview using SparkHire, where you will answer a series of questions. We will then review your responses to assess your skills and experience against the selection criteria and determine the next steps in the recruitment process.
- Online Assessments: We may require you to complete online psychometric and/or skills based assessments.
- Pre-employment checks: All final preferred candidates will be invited to undergo a pre employment medical and online reference checks. Additional qualification and background checks will be required for some roles.
- Offer: Congratulations! Once pre-employment checks have been successfully completed, you will be made an offer by a member of the Recruitment Team. A written offer and new starter pack will be sent for your acceptance.
- Onboarding: Your start date will be contingent upon the completion of your university studies. We will maintain regular communication to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
