Why N-CAL Range
The N-CAL range of products provide premium sources of liquid nitrogen and calcium, delivering two essential nutrients in easy-to-use formulations. Optionally, boron (B) can also be added. The Science
N-CAL combines urea ammonium nitrate (UAN) with a calcium nitrate base, creating a liquid solution that supplies both fast-acting nitrogen and plant-available calcium. This balanced delivery improves nutrient uptake efficiency while supporting cell and tissue strength – vital for fruiting crops, legumes, and high-value horticultural systems.
The nitrogen fraction provides rapid green-up and vegetative growth, while calcium supports long-term plant structure and resilience under stress conditions such as heat, salinity, or waterlogging.
